DENISE GINDHART CONSULTING

I started my professional career in Planning and Design in the Philadelphia area. I worked primarily on large projects as a planner, programmer, and project manager throughout the United States. I had a passion for finding new clients and winning new projects and transitioned into marketing and business development where I spent the latter part of my career. I love working in teams and helping others ‘find their superpowers’! It is truly a blessing to have worked with so many amazing talented professionals throughout my career. I graduated from Penn State University in Facilities, Programming & Design and found my way to Philadelphia working for a large national interiors firm over 35 years ago. Some of my best working experiences were the 10 years at HDR, Inc. an international design firm as a Senior Associate, and the 6 years at Skanska USA, Inc. an international construction management firm headquartered in Sweden as the Senior Director of Business Development of the in the Mid-Atlantic Region. I started my consulting practice in 2012 and have been graced to have worked with some of the best clients ever on small and large assignments ranging from one day to several years. It has morphed from straight business development to leadership coaching, one-to-one mentorship, strategic planning, and mindfulness programs in the workplace! I get the most satisfaction from giving back to others and helping support younger members of the firm to excel in their roles as well as in life. In addition to my consulting practice, I am co-founder of The Global Awareness Charitable Trust a 501(c)3 that offers humanitarian services and educational programs to promote awareness in fostering cross-cultural communication across all nationalities and borders to foster community. I also co-founded Alchemy: The Soul of Transformation which is a company focused on Organizational Consciousness. Mindfulness and Meditation, Enlightened Leadership, Team Building, Coaching and Restorative Retreats and Travel. I live outside of Philadelphia, PA with my partner, and best friend Michael and our two dogs (Radha & Bea) and our cat (Shiva).
